Rosemary and Porcini Beef Rub

Rosemary and Porcini Steak Rub
Recipe Type: BBQ Dry Rub
  • 1½ tablespoons fine Porcini Mushroom powder
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Store in an air tight contain, in refrigerator, for up to one week
