Sweet & Sour Pork Marinade

Recipe: Sweet & Sour Pork Baste

  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup Shoyu Sauce*
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  1. The day before you plan to grill pork combine all ingredients and let set in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Season pork with salt and pepper and grill.
  3. Baste with sauce during the last 10 t0 15 minutes of grilling.
