Recipe: Sweet & Sour Pork Baste

- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup Shoyu Sauce*
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- The day before you plan to grill pork combine all ingredients and let set in refrigerator overnight.
- Season pork with salt and pepper and grill.
- Baste with sauce during the last 10 t0 15 minutes of grilling.
