Recipe: Spicy Grilled Alaskan Chili-Lime Halibut
Recipe Type: Entree
- 4 Wild Alaska Halibut Steaks (4 to 6 oz. each)
- ½ cup Rice Vinegar
- ½ cup fresh Lime Juice
- ¼ cup Grape Seed Oil
- 1 cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
- ¼ cup Black Sesame Seeds
- Combine all ingredients. Marinate halibut steaks for at least 1 hour, making sure both sides are allowed to marinate.
- Grill on the barbecue until the halibut flakes when tested with a fork.
