Plank Grilled Herbed Wild Salmon
Recipe Type: Entree
  • Wild Alaskan Salmon Fillets
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey Mustard
  • ¼ cup each Chives, Parsley, Dill, Rosemary, Basil, and Mint; chopped
  1. Oil both the plank and the salmon skin. Place fillet skin side down on the grilling plank. Combine the mustard & herbs in a small bowl; brush mixture over salmon. Grill until salmon is barely opaque in the center.
