Recipe: Grilled Beef Steak Seasoning

Recipe Type: Dry Rub
- 1½ tablespoons Coleman's Dry Mustard
- 1½ tablespoons freshly cracked black pepper
- 1½ tablespoons ground coriander
- 1½ tablespoons paprika
- 1½ teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Grind spices and garlic until very fine. Add oil and combine.
- Season both sides of steak up to 2 hours in advance of grilling.
