Herb and Oil Marinade

Ingredients
  • Juice and rind of 1 orange
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon ginger, minced
  • ½ teaspoon sage
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients
  2. Allow meat to marinate in shallow glass dish for 4 hours in refrigerator
  3. Baste with marinade during broiling or barbequing
