Ginger, Soy and Sherry Pork Marinade

Recipe Type: Marinade
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons peeled and finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 cup soy sauce
- ½ dry sherry
- ½ cup ketchup
- Combine all ingredient and mix well. Coat pork liberally with the marinade and allow to marinate for several hours.
- During the last 10 minutes of grilling, baste the meat with the marinade.
