Grilled Hoisin Glazed Scallions With Warm Flour Tortillas

- 16 scallions, washed
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 8 flour tortillas – (6″ dia)
- Preheat grill.
- Brush the scallions with hoisin sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill the scallions, turning once until just cooked through. Grill the tortillas on each side for 20 seconds. Place 2 scallions in each tortilla and roll.
