Beef Brisket Marinade

Ingredients
  • 3 cup dry red wine
  • 1 cup olive or peanut oil
  • 2 teaspoon wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix all of the ingredients really well and then pour over whole beef brisket
  2. Let marinate for several hours, or overnight if possible
  3. Also, use this marinade as a basting sauce
