  • 4 potatoes (peeled, and)
  • sliced ⅛" thick
  • Canola oil (as needed)
  • Ancho chile powder (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Fry the potatoes in 365 degree oil. Remove and season with ancho powder and salt.
  2. This recipe yields 8 servings.
