Ancho Potato Chips

- 4 potatoes (peeled, and)
- sliced 1/8" thick
- Canola oil (as needed)
- Ancho chile powder (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Fry the potatoes in 365 degree oil. Remove and season with ancho powder and salt.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
