Stir Fried Asparagus with Sorrento Lemon Olive Oil

  • 2 lbs Asparagus
  • 3 tablespoons Sorrento Lemon Olive Oil
  • ⅓ cup parmesan cheese, finely shredded
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  1. Pre-heat wok
  2. Remove bottom/woody ends of the asparagus and then slice on the bias.
  3. Heat olive oil and add asparagus.
  4. Stir fry asparagus until done. Don't over cook.
  5. Remove to a bowl and add cheese.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
