Beef Steak Spice Rub

Recipe Type: Dry Rub
- 1½ tablespoons dry mustard
- 1½ tablespoons black peppercorns, cracked
- 1½ tablespoons ground coriander
- 1½ tablespoons paprika
- 1½ teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- Grind dry spices and garlic in a mortar with pestle. When finely ground, work in the oil.
- Rub over both sides of steak and let marinate for 1 to 2 hours at room temperature before grilling.
